Our Services
Transfer Advising
Planning to transfer? Meet with one of our advisers to answer your questions and make sure you are taking the necessary steps to be ready to apply and transfer to a four-year university. We also have advisers specialized in the following CSU & UC transfers, USC transfers and The Transfer Admission Guarantee (TAG) program.
Transfer Advisers are available on a walk-in basis. Drop-in during our open hours to meet with an available adviser!

Meet with University Reps
Each year representatives from four-year institutions make over 600 visits annually to recruit PCC students. During these visits, university reps are available to meet with you and give you information about their institution's programs, specifics on the admissions process, and tips on what their university is looking for in applicants. Meetings with University Reps are available by appointment only. See our calendar to find out who is coming and when!
Transfer Orientation
Attend our Transfer Orientation workshops to get an introduction to the transfer process. Each workshop includes a question and answer session to help get all your transfer questions answered! Workshops are held throughout the year. See our events calendar for currently schedule dates.
Computer Lab
Use our computers to conduct explore universities, research transfer options, and more. Computers are available on a walk-in, first come, first served basis!
Application Workshop Sessions

Essay & Personal Statement Review
Your personal statement is one of the most important components of your application. It allows you to share information that is not covered on the rest of the application, such as your personality, your goals, your experiences, and any opportunities or obstacles that have affected your academic record. Both our University Representatives and our Transfer Advisers are available to review your personal statement and offer advice for improvement. Personal statement review is available by drop-in with a PCC transfer adviser or by appointment with a University Rep.
College Tours
One of the best ways to decide on the best school for you is to visit it and experience it first-hand. Join us for guided tours of various colleges to learn more about the school and see if it's a good fit for you. Spots are limited — sign up in the transfer tour to reserve your space!
Transfer Admission Guarantee (TAG) Workshops
By completing the TAG requirements, you will be guaranteed admission to a four-year university. Attend our TAG workshops to learn more about the TAG program, its benefits and how to get started. TAG workshops are offered through the year. See our calendar for upcoming workshops and to reserve your spot!
